How a Group Order Benefits You:
PRICING: For groups, we generally get a discount ranging anywhere from $10 - $40 per seat, depending on the show. We usually go on a Thursday or Friday evening, with Thursdays often a little cheaper.
SEATING: As a Group Sales coordinator I have access to blocks of tickets for our group before tickets go on sale to the general public. Therefore, we get the next best seats after the subscribers. Generally, that's about mid-way to two-thirds back from the stage. For off-subscription nights, we will be even closer.
RSVP'ing: I send out an email announcing all the pertinent details about the show: date(s), venue, sections, prices, etc.
If you ARE NOT interested in attending, there is no need to reply. If you ARE interested in attending, just reply to the email with your ticket count (or fill out the form online), put a check in the mail asap, and then you'll be on the guest list. A couple weeks before the showdate, I'll send out a confirmation email with the show details and the guest list. On the night of the show, you will be meeting me in front of the theater to pick up your tix a half hour before show time. If you are running late, your tickets will be left at Will Call under your name!
AUTOMATIC UPGRADES: Transparent to you, behind the scenes I constantly scour to upgrade our seats right up until our order wrap-up date. For example as subscriber-holds get released, I pounce on the tickets and upgrade our seats!
PREMIERE ORCHESTRA SEATING: For select performances, a limited number of PREMIERE ORCH seats are available at premuim prices for those special "must-have" occasions!
ACCESS TO ORHPEUM THEATER V.I.P. ROOM: For select performances, complimentary admission to the V.I.P. room is included on a first-come basis. Arrive early and enjoy a cocktail in the V.I.P. room! Come back at intermission to collect your pre-ordered intermission libation. It's so civilized!
EXPANDING THE GROUP: Please tell a friend about BrucesBroadway and spread the word around the office! You're welcome to extend the show invites to your family, friends, co-workers, school groups, church-groups, social groups, etc. Feel free to forward my emails on to others or invite them to join the email list themselves. Tip: when you are getting a group of friends together, best to have one person write a check for the entire group which will help ensure everyone is seated together.
